I made the mistake of ordering through DoorDash again after receiving burnt pretzels a few weeks ago. Everything once again was burnt and inedible. I will be contacting their corporate this time around.

I got a jumbo pretzel and pretzel bites. Both were burnt, with the bites being burnt beyond eating. The pretzels were also cold and hard. I have never had an issue with this store until tonight.
