I had a quart of Vanilla Bean. I love this ice cream! It has a medium, smooth and creamy consistency with rich vanilla bean flavor.
Full of real cream and vanilla flavor even though I saw very few traces of vanilla bean specks.
It was firm and solid yet soft (no melting) when delivered. It was the perfect consistency. I put it in the freezer for about 2 hours until I was ready for some.
My freezer usually freezes items to a hard solid within an hour. However, the consistency had not changed for this ice cream. I was able to dip out scoops without any problems. Again, "perfect. "

The Lavender Honey is my favorite here but I ordered a pint and it had alot of ice particles in it which is a big pet peeve of mine with ice cream. Maybe just a fluke.

The S'mores was very good! I enjoyed the Cereal and Milk, but the cereal tasted stale. The ice cream has a great flavor though! Love Betty Raes!

Mint & Chocolate Flakes is actual mint. First bite was a shock but I love it. I'd describe it as an ice cream that taste fresh yet sweet and delicious

I received only 1 of 3 pints of ice cream from Betty Rae's, which was left on my front porch to melt, as opposed to ringing the bell & handing me the order, as requested. The dasher was not helpful in correcting the order & took no accountability at all. The young man at Betty Rae's was very kind & apologetic & offered to refund & to reorder to make it right.
