• DoorDash orderThe first time I ordered from here, it was AMAZING! I was really excited to have a new, reasonably priced restaurant in the area with trendy menu items! The signature Big Rock Burger was huge and tasty! The guacamole was fresh, the egg was fried perfectly, the meat was cooked and seasoned perfectly... It was the best burger I've had in a long time! $16 is a little high for a burger, but it came with 1) a large side salad that had a beautiful dressing and heirloom tomatos and 2) a large side of potato wedges! $16 felt justified.
This time... not so much. My bun was entirely soggy and soaked with grease. The guacamole was brown, so it must have been sitting around uncovered for a while. Everything fell apart in my hands as I tried to eat it. The meat was too salty and burnt but somehow also rubber-like. The sides were both half the size as the first time I ordered, but the salad had so much salt on it that it was barely edible. This place NEEDS to work on consistency. Very sad.
