Big Roast Beef is more like kids meal. Fried Chicken sandwich is like McDonald's. Ordered French Fries and selected Ketchup but the ketchup was missing.

They prepared both Big Roast Beef sandwiches incorrectly (we ordered one with sauce and mayo and one 3-way and one had PICKLES on it, an abomination. Neither of them had cheese and one had no mayo). Meat was dry and WAY overcooked. Not the Bill and Bob's of old.

Ordered 2 big beefs one with extra mayo and onions the sandwich came with no onions and no mayo
Second sandwich came with zero mayo as well
Order receipt has the exact descri I ordered sandwiches were the complete opposite
Will never order here again a shame I spent 40$
