That is completely burnt and it taste burnt so I can't eat it now. I'm so disappointed. I got this the other day and it was amazing so I thought I'd try it again and it was a complete fail.

The brisket was delicious and tender. The hot link was ok, but salty, the ribs had more fat than meat.The "banana pudding" was sub-par, no bananas, no wafers, just whipped cream and banana flavored pudding.
