The Horchata was delicious, as always, but I was really hoping my note on the Burrito requesting an extra salsa was taken into consideration. 1 extra salsa could be added to the menu for those of us that like it extra spicy :)

9 time out of 10....when I ask the kids what they want to eat...they say McDonald's. When I suggest birria; they always prefer Xolo's over McDonald's. That says ALOT!

Birria Ramen was pretty good, definitely needed some spice, but great flavor.
Quesadilla was good but nothing to write home about. A lot of meat took away from the cheese and tortilla. However the meat was really good and cooked pretty well.
The packaging and portion sizes were better than perfect. Thanks team great execution
