The main dishes are always too much food for me in one sitting, so I get a bonus meal out of it. As always the biscuits are perfectly baked and the biscuit to gravy ratio is spot on. I got The Gloria minus the jalapenos.

The Gloria was amazing! Perfect ratio of all ingredients, seasoned well and the jalepeños added a nice mild spice. 10/10 recommend. I will be coming back again!
