the food and coffee are great, and so is their customer service. they were out of the scone I ordered, and they gave me a replacement pastry and a very sweet note!!

I ordered 2 mocha drinks and got 2 flat cappuccinos instead, and the veggie breakfast wrap was completely missing.
Can you even call it a fulfilled order if every item is missing or incorrect?
what a sad joke early in the morning. very disappointing.
