Disappointed. Didnt get my correct order. Tried to call the store 5 times and could not get anyone to assist me. I ordered 3 pizzas. Got 2 correct and one that was labeled for someone else and 3.5 hours prior to my order.

I love Blaze and order regularly, but recently, receiving a burnt order is becoming a frequent occurrence. There should be quality checks on the items before they're sent out to customers. A pizza so dry and burnt that you can't taste anything else should not be acceptable.

The quality of the product is really great. the only issue that I had was that the dough was not all the way cooked in the middle of the pizza, which was disappointing. Besides that, it was a good quality pizza.
