This was my second time ordering and it was a polar oppo experience. The estimated delivery time kept extending, it arrived about an hour after placing the order, first dasher coukdnt wait, second dasher wasnt impressed with the wait time either The presentation wasnt great on this dish, it looked thrown together. The bluberries were mush and the bananas were smushy, not firm and tasty. The omelet was t anything specialfor the price. I thoughiwoukd come with the potato fritters, or fresh cut potato homefries but they are frozen potato home fries. Everyone deserves the benefit of the doubt; but, no discount off the current order due to the wait time, or offer to add an item on the house, or even a coupon for next time. The flavours werent the same either. They may have been short staffed, ive worked as a server for many years and every place ive worked we always offered something if we didnt come through with a guarantee

It was the most spectacular breakfast. Their waffles, idied when i opened the box. I dont like waffles but i took a chance and glad i did; i nowlike 'Bloom Waffles.' I ate everything, I never finish my plate; not one blueberry wasnt firm, fresh, and sweet. I ordered a simple, 'Bacon Egg & Cheddar,' for my dog, they took time to read my special notes, they scrambled the eggs for her, removed any sauces on their own accord, that i had missed, that were not suited for my girl. The 'Potato Fritters' are not what you expect, but you can expect delicious! Im actually about to order from Bloom again !!

Absolutely delicious, just a tad pricey. I got the garden skillet and a side of sausages. Not sure if it's their standard but I saw a nice slice of watermelon in there as well.
