Horrible. Never buying roses online.
Nothing like the picture presented. The flowers literally were wrapped with the original Plastic wrap, they were not even arranged. Disappointed, whoever worked this order should get fired

No sunflowers in the Bloom Haus™ 12 Plus Rose Bouquet - Yellow. There were tulips instead and they were not bloomed yet. Still closed and green.

Call the store first! The pictures on dash are not what the stores have. - Good service and all that- just a suggestion so you get what you want
