The flowers delivered were wilted and I specifically ordered the Spanish Language Mother’s Day Balloon and got an English Mother's Day balloon and I was sending this on Hispanic Mother's Day. Not the worst but so expensive to receive everything wrong and have your person receiving the gift asking you to request a refund for poor quality. Embarrassing.
