The 4 scoop had the perfect amount of fish. Poke was fresh and the volcanic sauce had the right amount of spice without covering the flavors of the fish.

The only thing I loved was the blue water crab. The calamari salad was spicy and not listed as spicy. I ordered the largest portion of five scoops with extra on top of that and it was the size of a small anywhere else... I spent twice as much as my usual place for half the portion. Not worth the price..

Ordered a bowl with hawaiian-style Salmon and Hawaiian Tuna and I don't know what sauce they put, but it is not Hawaiian-style. Tasted like they put Korean sauce or some sort of Mexican-style sauce with the fish. It was gross.

They didn't even pay attention to their own menu options. They recommend sauces on the side but didn't pay attention to what I ordered and everything was soggy. I asked for the rice on the side so the fish would stay cool, they ignored that too. Fish was warm, and the 7 pieces of lettuce were soup. Beyond that, the portion of salmon was miniscule. Never again.

Wife and I each had a large bowl. We got Hawaiian salmon and Tuna. It was delicious and fresh! I had a mix of the house ponzu, spicy ponzu, and spicy mayo. Flavor was perfect. Would eat here again!
