They are made with only the freshest possible ingredients, including fresh house-made pizza dough, extra virgin olive oil, and a blend of whole milk mozzarella and provolone cheese, topped with aged parmesan.
All pasta dishes are made with locally-produced, fresh pasta. Served with organic baby greens and/or house-made focaccia (excludes kids' pasta). All sauces are house-made and include sausage, mushroom and rosemary cream sauce; bolognese sauce; organic marinara sauce; sweet peppers and tomato sauce, and Alfredo sauce. Note: All pastas contain aged Parmesan cheese, unless otherwise requested. Our penne are now vegan, but most of the dishes are not unless requested.
