Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
1st order had no chicken and incorrect sides. REPLACEMENT order had chicken BUT ALL SIDES WERE THE SAME THING! For this amount of money, I would expect to get what I paid for. Won't order from here again

Ordered Cajun Chicken Filet Biscuit Combo, selected add cheese, theres no cheese. Selected lg bo-rounds received small after being charged for large and ordered a starry and got a Pepsi.

There was no straw for the drink. The drink was unsweetened tea when we ordered sweet. Got honey mustard instead of the ranch we asked for. There was also no seasoning at all on the seasoned fries.

This is the 3rd time we have ordered breakfast & it is wrong. All 3 times the order has been wrong. Missing fries, missing the extra egg I paid for, gave me a tea instead of Pepsi, etc. So frustrating.

The Cajun filet sandwich had a wet/slimy taste in the middle...almost under cooked. And the Pepsi tasted like it was diet. Totally disappointed with today's order .
