Bourbon has the very best barbeque in Bozeman. The chicken wings are far superior to chain restaurants. The brisket, ribs, and sides are all fantastic. Service is always superb--in spite of the fact that they seem always packed. Live music, dancing are the occasional amenities. Best in class.

Best BBQ in the Bozeman/Belgrade area hands down. I recommend their Bourbon Platter as it's easily enough to feed 5-7 people

I ordered the pulled pork with the baked beans and broccol Pulled pork was cold and very dry, broccoli in the description did not mention cheese, I have a cheese aversion so that was a no go. Baked beans were good, albeit a bit spicier than iexpected but still very good. ,
