First time order and great first impression. The DBL Bacon Egg and Cheese and DBL Bacon Egg and Cheese on garlic breakfast sandwich was delicious (forgot my capers though) and will definitely be ordering again! Large Hot Coffee was ok but had trouble telling which of our 4 was decaf. Thank you for delicious start to day BWB, will be back again :)

For 13 dollars the sandwich was thin and dry and light... very little chicken salad and old or outer brown lettuce not great

For $14 you would expect quality ingredients but unfortunately that is not what you get here. Yes , there is turkey in my wrap but the lettuce is brown and the avocado is rubbery and there is no tomatoe on this side of my wrap. Its dry and frankly a disappointment.

I ordered lunch for eight I I received lunch for 3 there was no chat or call ... the chicken salad bagels were skimpy and not worth the price we paid... we normally love brooklyn bagels what a terrible order ...

Bagels tasted ok. The spread was so heavy on one side and none existent on the other. I asked for sugar with my cold coffee. They sent packets. Maybe that's a door dash thing but sugar doesn't dissolve in cold coffee they also didn't put very much cream in but theres no option to add more when you order. My reason for the 2 stars is because I only ordered 4 items, 2 bagles, a coffee and a black and white cookie and the cookie (that's $5) wasn't in the bag. I feel like it isn't that hard to keep track of 4 items, especially when only 3 of them needed to go in the bag.
