I'm a new mom and my coffee machine broke so I ordered my favorite Vanilla Cream Cold Brew just to get a cup of 85% cream for like $7?? Insane this is being sold to customers. I realize this is a bagel shop but I've gotten this coffee several times and it's never come like this. Do better!

Bagels were kinda flat, nobody acknowledged me for a couple minutes. I had to ask the status of my order to be spoken to. I received a text that it was ready 15 mins prior to me arriving, but they didn't have it ready at all. I understand things can get busy but it was leveraged as excuses and I had to get to work.
