so, far I haven't been able to get the hashbrowns. it is like they are always out. everything is great and im the sure hashbrowns are but everytime I try, they are out. only bad thing

Bagel not cooked all the way. They put peppered cream cheese. Way too spicy for me. This store has gone way down hill the past 6 months.

1st time to try this place & didn't compare to Panera or Einstein at Publix imo. Wasn't awful but didn't offer toasted & isn't my top choice at all.

The bagel with the pic is burned. Thats happened twice this week. They need somebody than can bake these bagels better.
