Both bagels tasted burnt and the cream cheese tasted off. It was out of the ordinary because usually their bagels and bagel sandwiches are amazing.

I was pleasantly surprised I could find good quality lox in Des Moines, the salmon was great quality, the proportion of cream cheese to bagel to salmon to caper to tomato was impeccable. Really really good, however the "hash brown" I got was just...gross frankly, undersalted and mushy BUT the bagel was impeccable
