this location is always terrible, the fries always arrive miserably stale like theyve been out all day.
several times they've given me wings that are essentially crumbs, like 1/4 of the size of a normal wing.
the quality control here is just miserably horrible. the cooks should know if an order is totally screwed up but this location is ran by teenagers, and it shows. I've given it a lot of chances because I usually love BWW but this one is horrible

The Regular French Fries were very small for $ 4.75 and they were hard. Not a good value .

Chicken tenders are inedible, no flavor and cold. Rubbery, and generally hard to stomach. Fries also have no flavor and are crispy like eating chips. There are better places for chicken and fries. If you like HOT FOOD this is not the place to go.

I only got 4 of the 6 wings I ordered. The fries were burnt and th wings had no seasoning on them at all.
