The Boneless Wings are very good but they would be excellent if they fully sauced the wings! I shouldn't have to buy extra sauce just to have my wings covered in sauce. They also forgot my celery and carrots and blue cheese which is something I look forward to.

pretzel knots were basically bread with sauce, skip them but the chicken was juicy with big pieces very tasty

The Southern Chicken Sandwich had a great flavor, but it could have benefited from a spicier kick to truly enhance its authenticity while still appealing to a broad demographic. A well-balanced spice level can elevate a dish, much like the perfect seasoning on a well-cooked steak—it enhances the natural flavors without overpowering them.
The House Sampler was also enjoyable, though the cream component slightly overshadowed the other flavors. A more balanced ratio would have allowed the individual ingredients to shine without one overpowering the rest.
The Jamming Jalapeño Wings had a delicious taste, but they, too, could have used more heat to fully deliver on their name. Jalapeño-based flavors often strike the perfect balance between spice and tang, and a little extra heat would have made the wings even more memorable.
Overall, the food was flavorful and well-prepared, but a bit more attention to spice levels and ingredient balance would elevate it further. I look forward to seeing how these flavors continue to improve with even greater attention to quality and detail.
