It's a toss up on how fresh the wings are upon delivery. The last three order the wings have been dry. The wings have been under the heat lamp too long then tossed in sauce. They are inedible due to being so dry.

I absolutely love the fact that these wings are fried in beef tallow as opposed to seed oils. Desert Heat for the win!
