didn't get the 2 quesos I ordered (2x in a row now), and the food was not prepared as i had specified. this place is really going downhill

Been here many times and each time there's been an issue. long wait times (when there's only 4 other people in the restaurant) missing items in order, no checking up, stingy servings. I've been coming here for years and the service has been going down drastically.

The food was good. Better than it normally is. The pickup experience did not go ideally. When I arrived, there was already a customer waiting to be sat. After 5 minutes of not being helped or even acknowledged, that customer decided to leave. I didn't have the option to just leave since I had already paid when I ordered on the app. Once someone finally came over and I got the food it was fine, but the customer service needs improvement.
