The chicken fries were cold but I called with complaint manger were nice about my concern and did tell me she would be glad to replace them on my next visit thats why im giving the 5 stars but if she werent nice about it I would have given a 3

Received my Bacon Double Cheeseburger Meal with just a patty melt bun and two patties. No condiments, bacon or anything. Very dry and disappointing. Tried calling several times but the line has been busy for over an hour.

Both sandwiches came plain. with no toppings. the chicken sandwich I got. wasn't even the Fiery Bacon Royal Crispy Chicken I ordered. I paid extra for bacon and cheese and didn't even get ketchup or nothing. just meat and bun.
