Staff incompetent. two occasions in a row I ask for a Swiss chicken sandwich, both times they give me something completely different. The only reason it's not a 1-star is that the food quality itself is fine

I ordered the Classic Oreo® Shake and a Sweetened Iced Tea. The store accepted it, I got no notifications that any items were out of stock until my dasher called me to tell me BOTH items were unavailable. I asked for a substitute on both getting a Hershey Pie and a Sprite and the Sprite was out of flavor syrup.
The workers were rude to my driver while I was on the phone. From a former food service employee, I advise that someone train them better.
