took them so long to make a short order that my dasher had to wait 20 minutes, and by the time i got my food the fries were cold and stale, 8PC Mozzarella Sticks were cold and hard, didnt even get my marinara to eat them with, and my burger was cold

The chicken sandwich was on a burger bun with lettuce, ketchup and mustard. It only comes with Mayo and lettuce which I opted out of.
I was missing a fry that I paid $4.00 for.

This chicken looks and tastes over an hour old. I still ate it because I paid my money for it and I don't believe in wasting food but come on!

It took Burger King almost an hour to prepare my impossible whopper and cheese sticks. When I received the food it was cold already, the patty in the burger was dried out and crumbled as I took a bite, the ingredients were dried up and hard (tomato,onion), and the cheese sticks were over cooked and dried out. I have never wrote a review like this one before, and I hope I never do again!
My Dasher was absolutely wonderful and she explained to me that this is normal for this place. That really sucks as this is a home for so many people, and this is the best they have to chose from! Just horrible!!
