I ordered a Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit Meal. I received the correct order but the biscuit was very hard and crumbly and the hash browns were mushy. The Dr. Pepper was great but to be honest the two food items went in the trash after one bite of each.

They didn't have the sandwich I wanted, and I asked for the same sandwich plain as a replacement. They offered cheaper sandwiches, nuggets, and chicken fries, which I declined. I'm not going to get cheaper food after I've already paid. They sent the Original chicken sandwiches instead of the plain Crispy Chicken sandwiches that I had requested; because it was the same price as the Spicy BK Sandwich that I wanted to begin with. Plus, they put some oily sauce that I assume is supposed to represent hot sauce on it. This is my first order through DD, and I'm not happy with BK. I do appreciate the young man who was my dasher, sweet, and understanding kid.
