Cheesy tots were only about half cooked, tea was warm with no ice in it and we did not receive any condiments including the ones we paid extra for.

I ordered the Chicken Philly Royal Crispy Wrap and paid to add bacon but received an overcooked bite of chicken with lettuce and tomato wrapped in a tortilla. Everything was ice cold. Gross

I ordered a Whopper Jr. Meal with No meat add cheese, as im a vegetarian and dont like the impossible burger. They also cook it with the meat. They put the meat on anyway.

I don't know why we keep giving them another chance. The food is always subpar at best, and they get at least one thing wrong every time. Anything fried is always overcooked in old oil. Every time I've order the mozzarella sticks they were hollow tubes with a small layer of overcooked cheese stuck to the inside. Anyway, I won't be giving them another chance for awhile..
