Multiple times now with no condiments. Special order food is tagged with the ticket and the special request is ignored but still charged for the request.

I have to give BK in Hedgesville the recognition they deserve. Most fast food places sloppily throw the food together & it arrives looking like they were using the bag as a basketball hoop & the sandwiches as the basketball. This was not the case with this BK. The sandwiches were prepared correctly - looking like they do in the commercials. They were also perfectly wrapped. Everything was freshly made & had perfect presentation for a fast food joint.

I got the Big King with some special instructions, a cheese burger, a cherry freeze, and a sprite. I'm exceptionally happy with my food and my dash girl was on point. great experience.
