This location in castro valley has gotten much better recently, all orders have been complete and relatively hot/warm as well.

There is nothing royal or crisp about the Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwich. The bun is too thick, I dont appreciate the end cuts of the tomato, and the chicken was dehydrated and mostly batter which was not crispy so I just have a mouth full of salty mush. And you want $9.49 for this ?? Hard pass

Double Whopper and 8 Pc. Chicken Fries are terrible taste. 8 Pc. Chicken Fries is too thin and not match the picture as advertised.

food was as always what I like. the only things were as follows.
1. the fries were cold and refried to warm them and were hard and crunchy.
2. my large dr. pepper was warm and had no ice at all.
3. there was no spoon for my dessert.

Please make it clear on the doordash website which burgers are small size and which are the regular size. I ordered the Double Cheeseburger Meal and its a tiny burger what appears to be from the kids menu
