The Dairy-Free Berry Proud Milkshake was amazing. I would order this again. The Impossible™ Lounge Burger was fantastic, especially with the double patty. The burger was still hot when it got to me; the fries reheated nicely. Very filling, though I wish I'd gotten another Dairy-Free Berry Proud Milkshake!

Burger is meh. Maybe it's because I ordered late on a Sunday and it's not as fresh as it would be otherwise. The cheese was overdone and tasted wrong. The bun was pretty hard. It wasn't worth the $12 price tag.
The hibiscus lemonade was nice.

Burger Lounge is consistently great. Everything I've tried here is delicious, and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. The Cod Burger was great but my favorite is the Lounge Burger 🍔.

The young gentleman was very helpful to take care of a mistake that had my pickup order prepared at another location. The Steak House Bison Burger was fresh and juicy. However it was cooked more than medium, and could do better if there was an option to add tomato on the app.

Meat on hamburger was okay, bread completely fell apart. Bacon & sauce on burger were good. The fries & onion rings were bomb though! A survey card was stapled on bag but bag not stapled shut so was left on doorstep just open. Please staple shut in future!
