Loved the food; burger was a lot to eat but very flavorful and charred perfectly. Only complaint is that I ordered extra bacon for 2+ dollars and never got it on my burger. Regardless of whether or not there's a rush, quality over quantity is very important.

I tried burger fi because it was 3.00 per burger cheaper then our usual burger place. They were $10.00 of less burger if you know what I mean. Highly disappointed. Do not recommend if you are looking for a $12-15 "size" burger.

The BURGERFI BURGER was my biggest problem. The bottom of the burger was SO greasy and the edge were slightly charred. I don't know how you managed to have a greasy burger without having it cooked all the way. Not just a little light BUT PINK in the middle!? I don't know what happened, but put someone else on the grill.
The ONION RINGS (REGULAR) were fine if not a little thick but good.

ULTIMATE BACON CHEESEBURGER - had weird sauce on it. It had a sweetness to it. Bacon was burnt. I could not eat the sandwich.FRESH-CUT FRIES (LARGE) - tasted odd like it had a weird seasoning on it.BURGERFI CHEESEBURGER - The added egg, which is usually over hard, was over easy. The yolk had bust and was all over the inside of the bag.
