Had The No. 6 Burger before and it was great, but this time they didn't follow my directions. Didn't want pickles or mayo but it seemed they actually put extra, mayo slathered on both sides and lots of pickles! Yuck! Not edible for me.
Double Cheeseburger was really good, made exactly as requested.
I'm not quitting on Burgerville, yet! They deserve another chance. Good fries.

I ordered two cheeseburgers without ketchup.im allergic. Both burgers had ketchup. On my order slip it said no ketchup.
You refunded $2.48. I paid more than thstfor both. They are not edible for me. Please fix this and sskyour cooks to read the instructions please.

I've had burgerville before (other locations) and it was usually good but I've ordered from here twice now and both times it was disgusting. After the first time I thought I'll give it another shot cause I was craving a burger. The fries were ok but The No. 6 Burger had WAY too much mayo, and didn't come with ketchup like I ordered, and the bun seemed old and stale. I took maybe three bites and threw it away both times I've ordered it. Save yourself the money.
