The LEMONGRASS NOODLE SALAD is a good dish - fresh greens with other stuff to keep them interesting, some lovely grilled prawns, and some rice noodles. It's the kind of dish that most mothers would approve of -- it's a healthy combination.

LEMONGRASS NOODLE SALAD was very tasty, but quite small for the price, just a few pieces of chicken and half a handful of noodles.

The substitution of green beans in place of the asparagus was most welcome. The rest of the dish was also most welcome - as usual. One of the reasons I like the dish is because it travels well, and is easily rewarmed in a microwave oven.
