I feel like this location is going downhill. it's still delicious, but everytime I ask for no cheese on my salad, there's cheese on my salad. the chocolate strawberries also had barely any chocolate on them today.

We've had many of the menu items at Zupa's. The good: quality is fairly consistent. I know what to expect when I order something. The cauliflower and tomato soup mixed is perfection. I love the chocolate covered strawberry included with each meal. The bad: portions often are skimped. EX: $2.83 for avocado and I got maybe an 8th of an avocado, on two back to back occassions. (Ridiculous.) It also makes the salad less for enticing to eat because it's mostly lettuce, even with two additions. The food in general feels overpriced, even with as bad as inflation is right now. I would recommend going for soup and chocolate covered strawberries, but not the rest of their menu items.

I've been thrilled with cafe zupas before, but this time was a great disappointment. The soup was fine, hence the 2 stars. The salad was sparse and sad. When they said it had eggs and tomatoes and other items on it, they actually meant; a single slice of egg, one cherry tomato cut in half, two shreds of bacon, a single sliver of avocado...anyway you get the picture. I know it's a half salad but if I felt like it wasn't even worth half the value getting charged. Definitely get it in person for the quality I'd expect, and appreciate, from Zupas

Most of the greens were wilted, slimy, and very bitter. I paid an exuberant amount of money for a salad I can't even eat. I am so disappointed. This is the first time I've ever experienced food quality issues at this place. It used to be one of my favorite places to eat. I don't think I'm ever going to return after this. Plus, the clam chowder tasted okay, but it was very watery, and hardly anything in it. I think the food quality is going down here and now I'm just done.

I ordered the nuts about NUTS ABOUT BERRIES salad. Its almost $10 for a half size. I wish I would have taken a pic of what I received. It had maybe 3 raspberries, 2 blackberries and a tiny amount of the nuts. Really disappointed. There prices are high and you do not get anything close to what they picture the salad looks like. Very greedy.
