This pho is good, especially on a rainy night. I enjoyed the 3. Brisket Pho the broth, noodles and all the toppings included. Very nicely prepared, packed and presented. The appatizer platter 5. Combo Roll had good crispy items and two shrimp rolls that were delicious. The chili paste was also good to spice things.

I can't speak for an in-house experience but delivery had a lot to be desired. Not a great experience with this restaurant.
I was originally quoted 22 minutes wait time, which slowly spiraled into over an hour. Then I got my 8. Chicken Pho , small complaint was no mint, which is standard with Pho, but the real problem, my major complaint was the noodles... The disgusting gelatinous clump of noodles! They were so old and sat so long they took the form of the bowl, and when submerged in broth never declumped, they just shredded or stayed in gelatinous form.
Just from a basic food flavor standpoint point, their broth is bland. Their food is "ok", like a 3.5/5 flavor wise, but quality and to go service is a 1.
There are far better Pho places even within a mile of this place, their only benefit is they do delivery late at night and they are the only option.

I came to Burbank to go to Warner Brothers but was really craving some late night Pho. OMG! I am sooo happy that this was the only Pho restaurant still taking orders! The pho was delicious, still came hot, and just super yummy! Also the egg rolls were so fresh and delicious. Ate those in a few bites haha

3. Brisket Pho & 1. Plain Pho were absolutely delicious. Husband was fighting a cold and this did the trick & of course I had to join in and have a bowl myself. Was really impressed with the simple fact that this place sends an additional huge bowl where your noodles are set aside seperately so you can place your items in it to complete your pho bowl. Second the flavor was absolutely delicious. And third condiments were a perfect addition to our bowls tonight. Thank you, can't wait to order other dishes from here soon!

The pho broth has no flavor. 15. Oxtail Pho undercooked. fried 6. Special Fried Rice has no flavor, not an authentic Vietnamese cook for sure. lacks the herbs, mint leaves. Peanut sauce, Ramsey would call it "hideous". They also missed an item when I picked up. Give it to you in a packed taped up box, so you don't start unboxing and checking your stuff. Not worth the $$$ and the drive.
