The Kale salad is not only delicious, it includes so many of the vegan/WFPB ingredients we're supposed to eat for health and nutrition daily: lentils, grains, onions, avocado, green beans... The Mushroom salad is equally great including Arugula (a cruciferous vegetable!) and a great variety of mushrooms which are of course health powerhouses. They are perfectly,separately packed so the mushrooms arrive warm while the salad remains unwilted! The mashed potatos are light and so flavorful...The hummus is the best the city has to offer. TY Candle.
