for $6 bucks the large fries wasn't even 3/4 full. Sandwich was great as always!

Ridiculous. Almost zero meat in an Italian hoagie>. I know it’s a franchise store and each owner dictates level of service and quality but this was bananas for trying to improve profitability of a sandwich but cutting out almost all of the essential and most expensive ingredients. Not again.

Chopped Salad was not made following order. Black olives were included and I said no black olives and I asked to add chicken and no chicken was added. Also, very small quantiy of meat and cheese on salad. All lettuce. Very disappointing.

Cheese Steak was great. First time we had one from there. Not bad! The Bobbie is our favorite go-to. It's why we go there. Super disappointed last night. It had a number of bones in the meat and it tasted as it it had almost been frozen and thawed out. The taste was completely "off". It was too cold or something. Very disappointing. Might need to find a new go-to item.

Hoagie roll was wet and soggy. No oil or dressing had been added... suspect it was made and sat for a long time before someone remembered to say it was ready. Tasted like a leftover hoagie from a few days before- not fresh. Very unpleasant to eat wet bread. They used to be really good but I won't order again.
