My Classic Cheese Steak was hot, melty and absolutely delicious! I read a lot of negative reviews, but I had dealt with the shop on Horizon in Henderson in the past and just love their food.

Homemade turkey sandwich we ordered with extra turkey and cheese was basically all bread. Very little turkey and extremely dry. We also ordered the wagyu with extra meat and double provolone. Sandwich had no cheese at all and the meat was totally overcooked. Turkey sandwich wasn't even edible. We called to let them know we were disappointed and had no intentions of refund or replacement. The assistant manager was very rude. We will never order from them again. When you spend $75.00 you should at least get your moneys worth. We will order from Straight out of Philly. family owned from this point on

I get the same order from here every time. It's a hit or miss on whether it's going to absolutely phenomenal, or subpar. Tonight it was okay. The wagyu cheesesteak is the best sandwich there but a lot of times they don't put enough in to fill up the sandwich.

Didn't have the soup I ordered, so Big substituted a soup. I don't want without asking me, I ordered double meat on two different sandwiches, and received it on neither. I always order double meat, and always from the store, and don't usually have a problem, but tonight I am very disappointed in my order. My Dasher, however, was fantastic, no complaints there.
