Visiting from Western New York and had to have some Carl's Jr. before I head home tomorrow. I have ordered from this Carl's bagorand never had an issue. The natural cut fries were warm and crispy, but the juicy, saucy, melty Single Big Carl is my new go-to. I look forward to my next trip to visit in February!

The Charbroiled Santa Fe Chicken™ Sandwich was tasty but the chili on it was spicy and filled with seeds. They don't have a super star anymore, it's a DoubleFamous Star® and that was okay. I wish they would bring back Frispo Fries then I'd eat here way more!

This Carl's Junior is pretty terrible when it comes to following special instructions like 'extra beef patty' or 'extra ice'. Maybe I'm just being too difficult... but this is the second time I have ordered from them and the second time I have had a problem with my order accuracy and overall food quality. Everything was cold too, except for the drink with 'extra ice'. There was no ice and it was close to room temp. That is probably on the driver though who was driving in circles... I watched him on the app. At least there was a dinner show, right!?
