Carls didn't quiet win me to begin with when they first come to town. They had amazing service every time, but in the beginning I couldn't justify the extra expense over hungry jacks as I thought the two where quiet similar. HOWEVER, months of poor service and sub standard quality from HJs has made me visit and order from Carl's jr more and more, and the more we do, the more I like it. Far better quality, absolutely exceptional customer service when in store or at the drive through, staff seem so happy to serve you, it's just all in all a very positive experience, even when ordering through a third party delivery. Well done guys.

Chilli cheese fries were dry and had no spice at all. It was just fried burger meat and melted cheese. Burgers were ok but overall dry and lacking sauce and the regular fries were cold and stale with hardly any salt. Overall not worth the $48 I spent and hungry jacks is far better for the price

Food was cold not from delivery Angus patties not cook thoroughly and to top it off the large coke was just syrup only thing decent was the strawberry shake it a shame considering the price. Burgers presented nicely with very fresh salad
