The Chicken Piccata was tender & juicy & nicely flavored, (as it should be), with a fair amount of lemony piccata sauce with capers & parsley. Fettuccine Alfredo noodles were cooked just right, however the creamy "sauce" was lacking flavor, but they, (Carrabba's), included grated parmesan on the side...Once I added the Parmesan cheese & a little salt & pepper to the cream sauce and tossed it around, it was a pretty good, Fettuccine Alfredo.
Since they are being allowed to use our local Carrabba's family name, they really could take the Quality up a notch or two, and I truly hope they do !!
After reading some of the reviews for this location of Carrabba's from last year, I was concerned about what I would get, quality-wise., , But it turned out to be pretty okay, with a little dash of this & that. The Lasagne was fair, (could use a little improvement), but the appetizer order of Meatballs & Ricotta needed seasoning inside the meat,; pomodora sauce was ok.,, it, also, had a nice amount of ricotta with the meatballs, but the meatballs themselves really needed seasonings. On the other hand, Our dessert, Di Sogno Di Cioccolata "Chocolate Dream" , was actually very nice.. and it had good amounts/ ratio of mousse, cake, & whipped cream topping, and appetizing presentation. OVERALL, Chicken Piccata = YES, Sogno Di Cioccolata "Chocolate Dream" _ YES.
And the salads were respectable.
I would say Give them a try and maybe they can get better reviews to wipe out whatever went on in the past. That's up to them at Carrabba's...and I wish them Well And Hope they succeed !!! Our Dasher was Lovely, very prompt & very nice !! We have Great "Dashers" in our area !!!
