• DoorDash orderCarvel did not have the Heart Pops that I had originally ordered but the very kind manager allowed me to replace the heart pops with 2 Reeses Dashers & and 2 Oreo Dashers. I had never had those items before & was a little reluctant to try them but I am so glad I did!!! My husband & I enjoyed them and we be ordering them again!!! Kudos to my Dasher, Lo who contacted me to let me know that my order was unavailable, talked with the staff & waited for my new order to be prepared. I truly APPRECIATE everyone going above and beyond!!! That is real Customer Service. Thankyou for your true service from the bottom of my heart and keep up the great work you are doing .
