It would be nice order something from time to time and get the right item,especially how expensive food is now. I ordered Fudgie the Whale®, that has plain white icing,but what I got had both white and blue. My nephew is allergic to the blue dye. Thanks for screwing this up carvel.......

I got a vanilla shake, chocolate The Original Soft Serve™and a Carvelanche with m&ms. What I got was a vanilla shake, chocolate soft serve and about a cup of m&ms. There was barely any ice cream in the Carvelanche.

I just got my wisdom teeth removed and so I wanted to get ice cream. They send me vanilla instead of Cinnabon® Soft Serve . Im mad but still ate cuz im starving. But I really wanted to try the Cinnabon® Soft Serve.
