I'm not sure if this is the 2nd time Cascabel has messed up my steak breakfast quesadilla by using mushrooms and no obvious egg, or if they have changed the recipe. The quesadilla I received two times has fajita mushrooms and mozzarella and no sign of bistek or egg. The tortas are always yummy as well. The poblano quesadilla is usually spot on but was too vinegary this time.
