This food is truly amazing! I've been following Cassava since she did Pop-Ups at poetry events and might I say, the progress is definitely there. I love this new 2 & 3 compartment bowl style and the portions are sizable for the price. I looove the earthy & tangy flavor of the Honey Beans & her Jollof is some of the BEST I've had in Cleveland ! And the Cassava leaf stew??? The herbiness and creaminess are just heavenly AND it's all halal! What I would say is I want her to keep the saltiness consistent but knowing the owner - she's always working to improve her recipes. Cassava is going to do great things and the mission of sustainability is something I truly stand by. Jazakillahu khairan, habibti.

This food is absolutely delicious and wholesome. One of my favorite cleveland food spots to eat from with vegetarian options. More than happy to support this black woman owned establishment. My favorite dish is the Cassava Leaf Stew (contains sunflower seed) :)

I was tired of my usual Mexican so I thought I'd try something new. This was the closest thing to me and it was open late so I thought I'll try African food for the very first time. The menu seemed straight forward too so I went for it. Might I say I was pleasantly surprised. I got a 2 compartment chicken & honey bean bowl and it was very good. The chicken was juicy and marinated. And I'll have to say honey beans are in my Top 5 favorite beans. Don't be fooled by the name - earthy is probably the best way to describe the taste. It's different, but great. I'll definitely be ordering again.

i ordered the 3 Compartment Bowl with chicken, honey beans, and jollof and Cold Pressed Juice: The Darkest
the chicken was wonderfully marinated and cooked, the honey beans weren't sweet but still nice and the jollof was yummy.
overall the food was delicious and filling. would order again

My third order from here and when I tell you NEVE disappoint. Food is always fresh and hot when it gets to your door. Spices are amazing and chicken is seared to perfection.
