My Greens + Grains Bowl was made exactly how I wanted it. The food was yummy, the lemonade is refreshing, and everything was packed and delivered well.

I payed extra to get my Classic Pita Chips and they never came. All I received was my bowl. No free side of pita either. It has happened to me before and I even messaged the driver to please make sure that everything was included. Terrible service from Cava. My bag was also not sealed.

This was my first time trying CAVA and I'm not impressed. Out of all of my meatballs there was on under cooked. Some of the lettuce were so big I had to cut them myself. The hummas was placed the bottom of the bowl I was not even aware it was there. The presentation was like someone threw it in the bowl. Flavor was there but I am extremely hesitant about ordering again.

I spent 66 dollars here ordering  an adult salad, a kids platter, and three drinks. They did not give me any dressing at all for my food or my daughters. I literally was left with a dry salad, so was my daughter. I got the blueberry lavender drink, the cucumber lime drink, and the strawberry drink. All three of them tasted like they poured extra water into it or left it sitting with ice because when it arrived there was no ice in it but All three drinks tasted completely watered down, pretty much disgusting and un drinkable . I had three drinks and they only gave me two straws. I will never ever ever order from here or recommend this place to anyone.
