2 missing ingredients and bowl was not secured and lid was off when it arrived. Also why do they not offer all the sides the store front ?

Consistently messes up the order. Missing and incorrect ingredients everytime. I do not understand why it is so hard to read a list of ingredients and put them in a bowl.
