Beef Brisket was very tender. Ribs were not! Polish was tasty. An option for no sauce or only on side would be nice.

Charlie P's is becoming my favorite bbq spots. I can't wait to try more items on the menu. The Rib Tips and stSpare Ribs (St. Louis-Style) - Slab Dinner (One Full Slab) are fiyah. Summertime Lemonade is the best. You will not be disappointed.
